Casey Anthony: Defamation Lawsuit Can Move Forward
Judge Lisa Munyon has ruled that the defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony can proceed.
From the Orlando Sentinel:
Judge Lisa Munyon heard several hours of arguments last month on two motions — one filed by Anthony’s defense and the other by attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez — but reserved ruling.
At issue is whether or not Anthony identified Gonzalez specifically enough when she talked to her parents in a jail visitation session.

it’s about time! Will C. Anthony finally be held responsible for anything she did? I guess we will have to wait and see. So far she got lucky and got away with everything.

Between all the Details she told the COPS— Identifying “Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales” of “Sawgrass Apartments” (Accurate)… the type and color of the Car she drove (Accurate)… Saying that she met her and her Sister at Blanchard Park… to name a few— there should be a List of PLENTY of “Specifically-enoughs”.

We waited 3 Years for Justice for an innocent Child just to see Injustice work at Best for Every One to see.
It is indeed a lot of Crap when it comes to anything which has to do with the Felon Anthony and her whole supporting Gang.
I don’t know where the Gonzales Case is going to end up and I really don’t care. Karma I am sure will catch up with the Felon and Gang sooner or later, so let the Chips fall wherever they may. JMO
