Casey Anthony: Judge Perry to Rule on Inflammatory Jailhouse Video

Judge Belvin Perry will be ruling on whether a jailhouse video of acquitted murderer Casey Anthony should be unsealed to the public.

From CNN:

The footage of Anthony reacting to the news that the remains of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee were found was sealed before her murder trial. A judge had ruled that the tape was “highly inflammatory.”

At a hearing Wednesday, Orange County Superior Court Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr., who presided over Anthony’s murder trial, will hear arguments on whether the videotape should be released.

In July, an Orlando media outlet filed a motion to get the video unsealed, CNN affiliate Central Florida News 13 reported.

The video has no sound, the affiliate reported.

I suppose Mr. Baez will be putting his Two Cents in about this, as, just when most of the Dust has now settled since the Trial, and things are Quiet, the Release of that Video is sure to start things up again for his already most-Hated Client. He’ll argue that Casey has been through and suffered enough, is currently in Therapy trying to overcome her unfortunate Past, deserves a fair chance to Heal and move on with her Life, and that this Video will only serve to further personally Damage her and the Goals in this Process. You never really can tell which way Judge Perry is going to Rule on certain things, but, if his holding-off for so long on releasing the Names of the Jurors is any indication of his Common Sense Thinking and Consideration of the Consequences, he just may not see this as an advantageous move, for Casey’s sake, simply to Pacify the Media. I myself would like to see it. Although I already definitely believe, from what we heard about her Reacton, that she knew it was Caylee they had found, can’t help being Curious.
