The Big Show Presents: Billy the Greek Goes to San Francisco

Yet another episode of “The Big Show” with the college crew from back in 2001.

This segment once again features one of my favorite characters that I ever created…Billy the Greek…who once again demonstrates his over exaggerated Male Chauvenism.

Once again…none of our content should ever be considered PG so enter at your own risk 🙂

I’m gonna be Honest… I thought the best part of this one was the Music playing in the background throughout the Phone Call with “Billy”. I’m not getting any Comedy from the material, and, actually, to me, Billy seems more like an Innocent By-stander than how a real Male Chauvenist expresses himself, and you guys dominated the Conversation more than the “Star” of the Show. You know I’ve ALWAYS either liked or loved the Videos you’ve shared with us in the past, but I just can’t say the same for this. I’m sorry, John. No doubt though, you all enjoyed yourselves and have some great Memories doing this together. I’m sure it was a neat experience.

    not funny.

Of course the other videos were better. They were recent and more PC/reader friendly 🙂 Don’t be sorry…no need to be sorry! Ha Ha!

Doesn’t bug me if some people don’t find it funny. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. We were the highest rated show on the station for nearly 3 years and got nothing but compliments. We also got an “A” in all six semesters in the class…so that’s all we needed 🙂

and oh yeah it was an awesome experience. Also, we were the main “stars” of the show. Billy was a weekly guest character we made up and developed throughout the three years of the show. It was always fun to go into the campus pub everyday and have people recognize us (and Bill enjoyed his “celebrity” status)…Good times! Good times! That I miss a lot…been fun taking a trip down memory lane!

Oh, Okay, my Mistake… I thought, from the Post, it was “Billy” who was the one who was the “Highlight”. I know what you mean though, about missing specific “Good Times”. For 13 years, I was in a 6-member Rock Band which performed up and down the East Coast, had a large Following, was Televised on several occassions, was the only “local” Band to land a Performance at the Atlantic City Convention Center, and one of our Original Songs was featured as the background Music for a large NightClub (Host to Appearances by Gregg Allman and “Steppenwolf”) in a TV Commercial. Better than “Good Times”… Probably the Best Times of my Life. Yes, I know what you mean… And if you have the chance to do it again, you’re Fortunate, and you should.

Nah he was going to be a one time character who everyone loved so we just kept him on weekly. It was three good friends doing a show and it was a blast! 🙂
