Casey Anthony: Goodbye to Jose Baez?

No…it’s not an April Fool’s joke. Well…it could be a hoax but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

According to new court documents, someone has asked Judge Belvin Perry to let Jose Baez go on behalf of Casey Anthony.

OK fess up…which one of you was it 🙂

From WESH:

A court document filed by a prisoner in another state motioned for Baez’s removal from the case.

Casey’s main attorneys are Jose Baez and veteran defense lawyer Cheney Mason. Jacksonville attorney Ann Finnell is working on penalty phase issues and attorney Dorothy Sims specializes in cross-examining medical experts.

If the judge grants Anthony’s motion, it will not be the first time a high-profile member of her defense team leaves the case.

Why would a judge consider a motion from a prisoner from a different state? Judge Perry can see for himself the Baez and has allowed his foolishness to continue. He has even coached the poor guy on proceedings.

Hi Kreuzer, it wasn’t me as i think Baez is perfect for Casey and Casey is happy with him so who would i be to take away Casey’s happiness. hahahaha.

John, you just COULDN’T think that ANYone HERE— on this innocent quiet little Blog Site— would do ANYthing like THAAAAT… YOU know how much we love Mr. Baez…. (need I put LOL?) LOL!!

Well, regardless of whether it’s true or not, do I believe that Baez is going anywhere? No way Jose.

Baez has only been to the cocktail party, chomping on (how do you spell or der ves) HE is certainly not leaving just before the entree and selection of dessert. lol
