Casey Anthony: Defense Releases Report on Expert Witnesses

Casey Anthony’s defense team has complied with a Judge Belvin Perry’s order to release details on the expert witnesses they plan to call during the upcoming murder trial.

From CBS News:

The defense put forth a 329-page report on its witnesses. Last week, Orange County Circuit Judge Belvin Perry ordered both sides to exchange detailed reports about their experts. The judge also reminded the parties that “the trial date is quickly approaching” and that the exchange needs to happen by Dec. 23.

The defense released its report late Wednesday shortly after a hearing where the judge granted a defense motion to allow payment for 110 additional hours for a private investigator, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

And this defense team is got to stop blaming it on every body else. And have them put all these pictures of Casey and her daughter together saying that she is a good mom.Why don’t they open there eyes.Because these pictures where taking befor caylee was born. And trying to say that she was a good mother. WRONG she is a murder women. She is just making it look good because she has nothing else to help her get out of this mess. That she caused her own self.I don’t feel sorry for her one pit.She derserves to die.Why should she still be living for what she did to her daughter.Caylee didn’t ask for this.

After scanning thru most of those 329 pages i’m not sure that the defense team has really complied with the order yet. they have again not included the experts opinion & support for that opinion. this is why they ended up in court this week because the defense did not include this from the original order!

So Baez got his Money for “additional expenses”… That’s nice. More Taxpayers Dollars down the Drain.
I guess if The Prosecution isn’t satisfied with the
“thoroughness” of The Defense’s report, we’ll hear soon enough.
