Casey Anthony: Upcoming Deadlines Approaching

Both the prosecution and defense teams having upcoming deadlines in which they must tell Judge Belvin Perry which motions he needs to rule on and which ones no longer apply.

From WESH:

One of the most important motions has to do with whether Roy Kronk’s so-called “prior bad acts” can be introduced at trial.

“Roy Kronk has a lot of questions that need to be answered,” Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby said. “The defense will try to answer in a way that sheds negative light on him.”

Whatever Roy Kronk did or didn’t do in the past has absolutely nothing to do with this case or his finding Caylee. The Defense is just trying to make it look this way. Why the heck is Richard Hornsby saying Roy Kronk has a lot of questions that NEED to be answered? I don’t see any questions he Needs to answer aside of the fact he found Caylee period.

They should be thanking Roy Kronk instead of trying to drag him through the mud. Makes me wonder if other people who might stumble onto a dead body will even report it now.

All he has to do is stick to his story. His lawyer will prep him about the inconsistencies. He’s untouchable. The negligence of the fired police officer will cover for him and make him look credible. Unless the defense uses Cain as an example of what all of LE’s work was like…sloppy and incomplete.

This shows how desperate the defense really is! They have nothing to defend Casey with. I love watching the days count down to justice for Caylee.

While I stand with alot of people— both Professional and non— who question Roy Kronk’s repeated “returns” to those Woods, his odd persistancy in contacting LE, and his “varying” Stories (“White Bag”, then “Black Bag”, “under a Tree Limb”, no “out by the Road”, etc), I don’t believe for one second that he had anything to do with Caylee’s “death”. “Finding” her?… Yes, I do believe something was up with that. Roy knew exactly where to go and look, and he kept going back until he found her— Much too Deliberate and Coincidental to be an
“Accidental Discovery”. I don’t put any weight on his “Past”, or his crazy Ex-Wife’s claims, and I seriously doubt that The Prosecution wouldn’t blow it all out of the water anyway, even if any of this WAS brought-up at Trial…. But I do believe there’s definitely more to the Story of the “Means” by which Roy Kronk was “led” to Caylee, and I have a feeling that some people involved in this Case either already know, or have a pretty good Hunch— And, as far as I’m concerned, this is the ONLY part that’s Questionable. I still tend to believe Leonard Padilla’s “Daisy Chain Theory”, whereby Roy was
“Tipped-off” by way of his girlfriend who worked at the Jail. The same with George and Cindy’s own P.I.’s— I mean, why were THEY “Poking-around” in those same Woods also. They were ALL “Tipped-off”— Roy just happened to be the one who came accross Caylee first. While I think it’s just a matter of Time until the details surrounding Who, What, When, Where, and How Caylee WAS truly found, I have no worries that The Defense is EVER going to prove Roy Kronk Gulity of the actual Crime, no matter WHAT “Light” they try to shed on him…. There’s way too much Evidence pointing to Casey.

Absolutely. But again, Roy Kronk is not the one on Trial here, and I don’t think what The Defense has in mind is going to Fly at all. Besides, what are they going to say?— “Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, Mr. Kronk did THIS once, and Mr. Kronk did THAT once, so, now, he COULD have done this thing to Caylee Anthony”. They need a WHOLE lot more than THAT to even ATTEMPT to go anywhere with such an idiotic Plan. This is all such Bull Shit.

I’ve seen more “Group Mentality” in a Fruit Salad.
Good thing we can step back sometimes and laugh about it.
