My Brother on National Geographic…

I wanted to share some very cool footage of my brother on National Geographic Explorer tonight.

He was interviewed during the episode “Talibanistan” where they took a look at what US soldiers are doing in the region between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In this segment, he is the soldier that you see in the first scene, on the left, with dark glasses on. He’s interviewed multiple times later during the four minute segment.

John, thank you so much for sharing your video and your brother with us.
Seeing young men and women in their service, helping our daily walks in our
country to be comfortably safe brings me back to earth on values and appreciation for what many have done. Proud is right, you most certainly should be.

Very much so. I hope you could tell which one he was 🙂

Of course, the one that is most handsome, well spoken, reminds me of someone
unnnnn. How many brothers do you have. I know you had a pic up months ago
was he one and at that time in service. Or is this another? What a great time you
must have together. Easy to feel the respect you have in your family. Wonderful!!

  7. kreuzer33 Says:

    I have three brothers…

  10. kreuzer33 Says:

    A couple of stepsisters. That’s it 🙂

Also, this footage reminded me of what “we” are really there for. I had forgotten the purpose as time has went by. 9-11 will happen again if people like me keep forgetting “our” original purpose.

Be sure to also check out the homepage for the kids and I at the A’s game. Our rendition of “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” 🙂
