You just had to click on the link and read, right! 🙂

On Monday, the prosecution and defense teams both filed new documents in the first-degree murder case against Casey Anthony. Further details can be found at the link below.

From the Orlando Sentinel:

One item filed by prosecutors was in response to a defense request asking the judge to order the state to provide certain forensic information, including details about labs that performed tests on evidence.

Meanwhile, defense attorney Jose Baez filed an amended deposition notice. Among the people scheduled to be questioned under oath by the defense team: a neighbor of the Anthony family and an Orange County Sheriff’s Office employee.

You can’t be the ONLY one having all the Fun!!
(Even though I’m sure you’re having alot MORE)….

Hmmm…….Was it the neighbor who said “Word on the street is: Cindy Anthony is an evil b!tch? I liked that guy and in the backround you can hear his wife chuckle when he says that.

John, I wonder if we will ever know “the real reason” the Anthonys allowed a year to pass and not make a mortgage payment? I’m sure they had some sinister reason for doing that.

*Hadley*~ I’ve always wanted to tell you that I love your Avatar Picture.

About The Anthonys Mortgage, I don’t think George was even working when all this happened, and I think Cindy stopped working because of it. Whatever Money they had probably went first to their personal
“Finding Caylee” Campaign, and of course they also had to pay the two Private Investigators they hired for themselves, more-than-likely incurred Expenses for the Autopsy and Funeral Home services, the big Memorial they held, then there’s their own Attorney, Brad Conway… and God knows what other things we can only imagine. I can see them just not giving a damn about the “usual” Bills, with all the Chaos going on. Anyway, it’s just a Guess, but I wonder too.

I think not paying their mortgage was deliberate so Casey could be declared indigent, otherwise the Ants may have been expected to sell it. JMO

  7. Honeydog Says:

Good Point… but even if they didn’t Pay it on purpose, if they DID have the Money to do so, it could have been easily found-out prior to Casey’s Indigency ruling.
