Trailer Choir Up For “Best New Duo/Group” on About.com

Trailer Choir is up for “Best New Country Duo/Group” on About.com. The band is up against Carter’s Chord, Lady Antebellum, Eli Young Band and The Lost Trailers. Currently, Trailer Choir is in second place behind the Eli Young Band.

If you have not heard of them yet, you soon will. The band is currently opening for Toby Keith on his  tour with Montgomery Gentry. I saw them in July at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California and I only wish that they could have played more than the two songs that they did.

Their first hit is called “Off The Hillbilly Hook” and it can be found on the new sound track for the movie Beer for my Horses.

CMT has a great posting which includes the Unplugged at Studio 330 performance of “Rockin’ The Beer Gut”.

If you get the chance, check out this band and the album. Also, make sure to vote for them as the “Best New Country Group” on About.com. Click the link at the top of this post to vote. If you’ve seen them before, let me know what you think!
