Casey Anthony: No Delay in Civil Trial
Judge Lisa Munyon has refused to delay Casey Anthony’s upcoming civil trial from a defamation lawsuit, set to start April 10.
From the Orlando Sentinel:
Jury selection is slated to begin April 10 in the case filed against Anthony by Kissimmee mother Zenaida Gonzalez.
Gonzalez claims Anthony ruined her reputation in 2008 when she told law-enforcement a babysitter with the same name kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie.

that’s a little good News as long as they stay away from Pinnelas County to select Jurors, those Jurors should never again be selected to be seated on any Jury.

I am confused as to how this all is coming down. As far as I can remember, Casey always said and her parents also said that this Zanaida was NOT the Zanaida Fernanedz Gonzales. I’m just saying if Casey never pointed her out as the baby sitter how can this Zanaida claim she was ruined.

Well whaddya know! I had just commented on another Post not so long ago that I didn’t think this Case was ever going to get to Court. Great News for Ms. Gonzales— Finally.
(*OneOp*: This woman, specifically of Sawgrass Apartments, was always the one, and the only one all along, whom Casey accused of “Kidnapping” Caylee— even stating that she met this Ms. Gonzales and her “Sister” at Blanchard Park where the “Abduction” occurred. Casey refused, and never did, sign the original Papers releasing/clearing this woman’s Name from any involvement, and George and Cindy were only “covering” for Casey when they gave their initial Depositions about it not being “this one”. There was never, at any time, “another” Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales associated with this Case but THIS one, and she was, by all accounts, wrongfully Accused, then undeservingly Abandoned without so much as even an Apology when it was all said and done. She is rightfully owed her Day in Court to “legally” clear her Name).
