Casey Anthony: Appearance in Court Tomorrow Likely

It appears that we’ll get to see Casey Anthony in court tomorrow, if reports from WESH are correct.
Anthony is expected to attend her indigency hearing which is set to take place tomorrow morning at 11 a.m.

Jose Baez told WESH 2 his client, Anthony, should not be facing the death penalty.
Baez said because the state attorney’s went in that direction, Anthony’s defense has become much more expensive.
“Casey Anthony was willing and able to pay for her defense,” Baez said, “until the state changed their position and decided to pursue the death penalty.”
Anthony filed for indigency in July of 2008, then somehow came in to enough money to pay nearly $90,000 for Baez to defend her.

Defense attorney Jose Baez blames the state for prompting Casey Anthony to seek indigency, WESH-Channel 2 reported tonight. A hearing on the issue will be held tomorrow morning.
“This afternoon, Jose Baez told us that his client Casey Anthony would have had plenty of money to defend herself had the state not chosen to seek death,” WESH’s Bob Kealing reported.
Baez told WESH that Anthony’s defense became more expensive when the state sought the death penalty. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Baez just keeps piling-on the Crap, doesn’t he— trying to make the Citizens of Florida think none of this mess is The Defense’s fault. Casey had “PLENTY” of Money to defend herself??… She was willing and “ABLE” to pay for her Defense?? He DID say
“CASEY” right? What a Liar! Everyone knows CASEY had NOTHING… her own Father admitted this right at the start. I don’t how and why these Lawyers can look the Media and the Public straight in the Eye and tell such downright Lies. They’re no better than the Client they’re defending. “Takes one to know one”!
