Nice find, I see a different tone in his defense now. He is not as arogant as he was. Looking to see if everything is done properly is a clue they are looking for that loop hole. hmmm…

John~~I got a little chuckle when Baez said that the defense demanded the credentials of all the forensic scientists for the state. I guess this would include all the lab techs and the janitor who sweeps the floor.
I am going to be bad here..Baez could type out one word to show his credentials and that would be DUMB. LOL
I know Linda Baden is a stickler for asking for credentials. I remember when she was deposing one of the jail guards who was present when Casey rec’d the news that the remains were found. Linda took over 15 minutes just asking questions regarding the guards credentials.

A bit Funny that Baez wants everyone ELSE’s Credentials— He HIMSELF isn’t even QUALIFIED to handle a Murder Case. And Linda Baden…. This may just be the end of her “Winning Streak” Brag.
