Casey Anthony: New Evidence Released

The Florida State Attorney’s Office has released more than 2,100 pages of documents in the criminal case against Casey Anthony. Among the evidence are reports about a bullet jacket found in the vicinity of where the remains of Caylee Anthony were found nearly a year ago.

According to e-mails between the FBI Tampa office and the FBI Laboratory’s Firearms/Toolmarks Unit, a bullet jacket was found in the area searched by the Orange County Sheriff’s CSI unit. The area searched around where the remains were found was approximately 50’ by 60’ in diameter and the bullet jacket was not found near the remains. The report says the bullet jacket was corroded consistent with the elements.
Also included in the 2,100 pages released are investigative documents from both the FBI and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Among the documents are FBI crime lab reports of an analysis done on the contents found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car.

The documents were released in response to a public record request. Anthony’s defense team has already received the paperwork. Reporters at the Orlando Sentinel are reviewing the documents and will provide an update shortly.
Among the 2,100 pages are emails between Orange County detectives and FBI employees, evidence lists and about a dozen photos, including one of Casey Anthony and her daughter.
So far, more than 10,000 pages of documents have been made public.

This is uncanny but nature has a way of taking care of its own.
The coffin fly is a gnat-sized fly that is what could be considered a secondary-stage scavenger for a decomposing body. Due to their size they can get into the tightest spots. This includes a closed trunk and a triple-bagged body. There isn’t much they can’t invade. Said to be able to burrow 6 feet down into the ground and enter a sealed coffin just to get at their God-given target, they are almost unstoppable. So within this trash bag in Casey’s trunk we have the worm-stage of the coffin fly, the cocoon-stage of the coffin fly, and adult flies. We also have napkins that appear to have adipocere which is a substance that is created under specific conditions.

I wonder what evidence was released. Evidence that the mother did it ( so far I think that is the problem in this case? ) or evidence in general that there was a murder?
Mr Kreuzer, did you read some of the 2100 pages? What do you think: I think that finding a jacket on that location on it’s own can’t be seen as evidence of anything related to the murder? Has the word evidence more meanings than one perhaps, that I am not aware of?

There’s a lot of stuff. I only read some of the pages and summaries from others. I’d think the jacket is probably irrelevant but who knows in this case!

John~~the area out at Suburban where the remains were located was a dumping ground. LE found an expired credit card of some guy who had lost it 2 yrs previous. LE tracked him down and he was cleared. Law enforcement spent hours gathering up others people’s garbage in the area surrounding the remains.

CASEY ANTHONY IS AS GUILTY AS GUILTY GETS. THEY HAVE NO OTHER PROOF OR LEADS AS FAR AS WHO COULD HAVE KILLED HER. AND IT IS OBVIOUS WITH THE TRACES OF CHLOROFORM AND DECOMPOSITION IN HER TRUNK THAT SHE KILLED HER BABY GIRL. IT IS A VERY LAME EXCUSE TO SAY THAT THERE WAS OLD PIZZA IN THE TRUNK, AND THEN TURN AROUND AND SAY “OH, NO ITS HUMAN DECOMPOSITION”. TERRIBLE COVER UP. I FEEL SO BAD FOR CAYLEE ANTHONY. HER MOTHER WAS VERY YOUNG, SELFISH, AND ONLY WANTED TO PARTY. IT SEEMS AS IF CAYLEE WAS ONLY IN HER WAY. I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS CASE EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE CAYLEE WAS REPORTED MISSING, AND KNOW THAT SHE IS GUILTY. SHE SHOWS NO SIGNS OF REMORSE OR SYMPATHY WHAT-SO-EVER. SHE SMILES AND LAUGHS IN THE COURTROOM LIKE THIS IS ALL A JOKE. I AM A 24 YEAR OLD MOTHER OF A 5 YEAR OLD AND IF ANYONE OR ANYTHING EVER HAPPENED TO MY SON THERE WOULD BE NOTHING BUT TEARS AND HEARTACHE. I COULD NOT EVEN IMAGINE! CASEY ANTHONY DESERVES THE PUNISHMENT THAT ANY OTHER MURDERER WOULD RECEIVE. PUT HER TO DEATH AND GET RID OF HER. WIPE YOUR SMIRK OFF YOUR FACE. THIS SHOW IS NOT FOR YOU, ITS JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!
