Casey Anthony: Motion to Make Dominic Casey Testify
Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez filed a new motion today hoping to force the Anthonys’ former private investigator to submit to a sworn deposition.

In their new filing in the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony, Gonzalez’ lawyers claim work done by private investigator Dominic Casey is not confidential.
They also cite an 80-page transcript of an interview Dominic Casey did with detectives earlier this year where he spoke freely about certain aspects of the criminal case against Casey Anthony. She is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, Caylee, who was 2 when she was reported missing in 2008.
Gonzalez and her team want Dominic Casey to pay for their attorneys’ fees, costs and “any other sanctions” the court feels is appropriate.

At first I thought, why SHOULDN’T he.. especially if it’s True that he didn’t seem to mind “Talking” to Detectives previously (then again, who knows what he Offered-up, and what he kept “Confidential”)…. But now I’m thinking about the “Relevance” of him answering Questions from Ms. Gonzales’s Lawyers. I’m guessing they’re requesting this as part of their effort to Clear her Name, by attempting to Prove that Dominic Casey KNEW that Ms. Gonzales didn’t have anything to do with it (based on the Fact that he was never asked or told by The Anthonys to “Go find” her, and because of the “Tip” he got to go Poke-around in the Woods). I’m just not so sure— since this would be more of a matter for the Criminal Trial— that this is When, and By Whom, he should be Deposed. Hard to guess if the Judge will Rule in their Favor.

hello to everyone now about casey he told the bar about baez telling him that if he finds the body to not call 911 he was to call bozo.how is this going to look in court?did he see the body?its not a body he had to look for it was a bag not caylee.he poked threw those bags but he said at that time he was not looking for a body or should we say baby caylee.l think casey was afraid of baez not paying him and finally when bozo did pay him he switched his story to he was working for the defense and that was not true.they are going to play back what everyone said then and now if they change their story they are in trouble.how is all that going to play out?l wonder too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!bye bye !!!!!!!!!!!bozo and dominic shame on both of you.have a good night people.
