Casey Anthony: Defense To Ask For Civil Case To Be Dropped
Attorneys for accused murderer Casey Anthony are expected to ask a judge to dismiss the defamation suit against her next week.

Zenaida Gonzalez of Kissimmee claims Anthony’s allegations that a babysitter by the same name kidnapped Caylee caused her to lose her job and ruined her good name.
Anthony is in the Orange County Jail, charged with murder in her daughter’s death. Caylee’s remains were found last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home in East Orange County.
In recent depositions, Anthony’s family members said under oath that based on physical description, the woman she was describing is not the same one one suing her. But each also admitted that they never actually met the woman Anthony described.
Friday morning, Gonzalez’ attorney Keith Mitnik said he’s confident the case will not be dismissed. Mitnik told WESH 2 that they were in the process of amending their original complaint and in Tuesday’s hearing will ask that they also be allowed to seek punitive damages against Casey.

Kruzer: Hope u will read Humble Opinion’s Blog…would like your opinion about how they are trying to go after Jesse Grund! I think it’s OUTRAGEOUS! He and his whole family have been targeted by th scammers…it’s awful.
I hope the judge will not even consider dismissing the case…I think Mitnik has a great case against Anthony. I hope he wins BIG!

LARRY KING LIVE DROPPED 56%
Larry King Live dropped 56 points over the night preceding in the ratings the night he had the Anthony’s on. Larry and CNN can’t be thrilled with those numbers. People on his blog had said they weren’t going to watch and apparently a lot of them stuck to their guns on that one.

I guess the Defense feels that Ms. Gonzales’ Attorney
already got what they needed to “Clear” her, and the Depositions were getting “Off-Track” and/or “Too
Close for Comfort”. Hard to say what the Judge will Decide…. On one Hand, The Anthonys have Declared it wasn’t this Woman and that should be Sufficient, but on the Other— because of their Refusal to Answer some of the Questions— the Case is not “Concluded” yet. We’ll see.

I think they said it a little to late. By the point they said it the damage was done, she lost her job and now lives in Motel with her children, I hope she gets everything she has asked for.

They don’t have anything to give her. They (the Anthony’s) are not even working.

I think Litnik must have Something figured-out to be able to ultimately “Go after” to see that Ms. Gonzales receives Compensation, even if she can’t get it right away.
