Caylee Anthony: Will There Be a Private Jail Service?
Brad Conway stated today that he is negotiating a private service for Caylee that includes a jailhouse family reunion with Casey Anthony.

The couple’s lawyer said he hopes to find out by the end of the week if the Anthonys will be able to reunite with Casey Anthony behind bars to grieve the child she is charged with killing.
Ever since Caylee’s remains were found last month, her grandparents have been working on plans for a private service.
Attorney Tom Luka,. a lawyer for Casey Anthony’s brother, Lee, said the hope is for “some sort of reunification with the family, the whole family, Casey included, so they can grieve and say goodbye together.
Orange County corrections officials have told WESH 2 that due to the life felony charges Anthony is facing, policy would prohibit her leaving the jail for any service. Now her parents’ lawyer tells WESH 2 they’re trying to hammer out details for a private service behind bars.
“We are trying to work with the jail,” said attorney Brad Conway, who represents grandparents George and Cindy Anthony.
If there have been talks to reunite the Anthonys behind bars, the jail is not confirming them.
“No such request has been received by Orange County Corrections,” spokesman Allen Moore said. “It is highly unlikely such a request would be granted.”
Meanwhile the Anthonys are finalizing plans to hold a larger memorial service for Caylee to which the public would be invited to attend.
According to their lawyer the goal is to announce that date on Wednesday.

Can you believe it? A publicity stunt no doubt.
Excuse me, but Casey had plenty of time to say her goodbyes……while she was drugging Caylee….while she was placing her in the garbage bag…..while she was carrying her around in the trunk of her car…..while she was tossing her into the woods. Just my opinion…..I try to remember that she is innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Just out of curiousity…has there EVER been a funeral service held “behind bars”??

And Bozo claims the prosecution has created the circus atmosphere that he and his client have created? Give me a break. I’ve not heard of any parent charge with killing their children being allowed to attend a public much less have a private funeral. She already said goodbye with that heart on the duct tape over the child’s mouth and all for the sake of her being free to party and have all the sex she wanted with all the people she wanted plus steal their money.

Brad Conway, Cindy and Georges lawyer is trying to arrange for a funeral in jail so I assume it is their idea. If Casey wanted the memorial at the jail, I think Baez would be the one trying to get permission to do it.
IMO Casey does not want to attend any memorial for her daughter. If they get permission ( this is very doubtful)and Casey attends, it will be for her and not Caylee.
How come the Anthonys are trying to change the judical laws in Orange County?
Baez is off to court on Friday to take a slew of motions to Judge Strickland….maybe Conway will show up and see if he can get the judge to authorize the funeral but I think it is up to OC Corrections…not sure.

I dont seriously of a private funeral will be allowed in jail..Casey already attended Caylee’s funeral the day she took her life….

It will never happen. The jail has already stated they will not extend any special treatment to Casey Anthony. This is a Jail not a Country Club. People in hell want want water…… doesn’t mean they get it.

Part of George’s therapy should be time by himself (which may be why he is still at hospital). I can’t see him getting better living at home…however I suppose the experts will teach him how to better handle pressure, Cindy, and his inner voice.
