Bigfoot Hoaxers Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer Are Back
You didn’t think that they would let their 15 minutes of fame die that quickly, did you? Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer have resurfaced from their short seclusion and are now blaming Tom Biscardi for the media circus of last week.

Rick Dyer and Matt Whitton
From Fox News:
Back home in Georgia after their brief moment in the big time, Dyer and Whitton told two Atlanta TV stations Wednesday that the entire affair was a “joke” that got out of hand.
“I just wanted to put out some good news,” Dyer told Joanna Massee of WGCL-TV. “People are upset with the war and stuff — what’s so bad about Bigfoot? Nobody got hurt.”
The men admitted they bought the Sasquatch suit over the Internet, and showed WSB-TV’s Mark Winne a Web page at TheHorrorDome.Com selling it.
“It got into something much bigger than it was supposed to be,” Whitton told Winne. “It started off as just some YouTube videos and a Web site. … We’re all about having fun.”

Biscardi has accused Whitton and Dyer of running off with the $50,000 advance he gave them a week ago. According to an employee of Searching for Bigfoot, Biscardi plans to sue. This has all the makings of a made for TV movie, if only there were a little more content. If any more develops, I’m sure this will be headline news once again. Thoughts?

Nice page. I share your interest in Bigfoot, and I’ve been watching the recent events with a keen eye as well. You should probably check out my story about my personal Bigfoot hunting expedition which started in the backwoods of Arkansas and is now headed to Australia for the “Yowie.” I just posted part one of this story, and the second half will be up tonight.
Catch ya’ later,
Matt

Though I don’t believe in anything that’s not yeat proven I kinda like to play with the idea that bigfoot and all the other talltale creatures exists. Hehe, got a bit upset with Dyer and Whitton. Damn, woulden’t it had been fun if there REALLY would have existed such a creature. I believe that for a long time ago a big man (hence the big feet) with a face like Lionel the Lion-Faced Man – and a hairy body – hid in the forest in fear (and prob. very tirred) of fellow human wickedness. Somebody saw something, and the story of the bigfoot was born. Now people like to play all sorts of hoaxes, some even make money and shorttime fame of it *sigh*.
